In this chapter, we learn the basic physics of radio waves, including the generation of radio waves, the transmission of radio waves. Next we cover what happens when a radio wave interacts with objects, studying refraction, reflection, and diffraction. We then cover the mathematical definitions of the characteristics of radio waves, including wavelength, speed, duration, and intensity.
